Scott Blumstein is an American poker player who won the 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event. He topped a field of 7,221 players and won $8,150,000.
Blumstein played just one WSOP bracelet event in 2017 - the Main Event. Close friend Chris Horter even said that Blumstein called his shot!
"He said, I'm going to skip all of the WSOP, and I'm just going to win the Main," said Horter. Blumstein did exactly that, defeating Dan Ott heads-up to become the 2017 WSOP Main Event champion.
