Sofia Lovgren is a Swedish poker player, and is one of poker’s highest profile female players. She is a former Team Pro for PKR Poker and 888poker.

In April 2010, Lovgren notched her first live tournament cash with a 29th place finish in the PaddyPower Irish Open €3,500 Main Event. Later that year, she cashed in the WSOP Europe for the first time, taking 29th place in the £1,075 No Limit Hold’em event for £3,376.
Two years later in 2012, she cashed in three WSOP events in Las Vegas before she notched her biggest cash at the time with a 30th place finish in the EPT San Remo €5,300 Main Event for €19,000.
This cash was eclipsed the following year in 2013 when she took 16th place in the EPT London £10,300 High Roller for £21,540.
The most successful year of Lovgren's career came in 2016. Not only did she record four more WSOP cashes but also more than doubled her biggest cash to date when she finished in 12th place out of a massive field of 7,190 entrants in the $1,500 Millionaire Maker for $75,109.
Lovgren has played all over the world, and in recent years has picked up tournament cashes in Portugalk, the Czech Republic, Malta, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States and Romania.
In 2022, she announced that she was leaving 888poker after eight years as an Ambassador.
