Event #1: Sunday $35K GTD 1/2 Price NLH
Day 1 Completed
Opening night of the latest partypoker US Network Online Players Choice Series began with Event #1: $109 1/2 PRICE NLH ($35K GTD) and saw 451 entries generate a total prize pool of $45,100 to exceed the guarantee.
When all was said and done, Jake “FerociousPanda” Toole was the last one standing, earning a total of $8,036.82 in winnings for his efforts, eliminating his final four competitors en route to victory.
The tournament started with 57 registered players and that number steadily increased until the 451 total entries became official.
The $35K guarantee was smashed as the 451 entry field generated a $45,100 prize pool meaning, the top 63 finishers would get a piece of the pie with 117 players remaining.
After registration closed, the virtual bodies were quickly disappearing and a few short levels later, "RobertJordan" was eliminated on the bubble, leaving the remaining players in the money.
From there, players started dropping by the wayside as Eric “alwaysliquid” Vanauken (58th place - $162.36), David "TheKing411" Coleman (55th Place - $162.36), Anthony “Flawlissbinkage” Maio (48th Place - $171.38), Katie "KatieStone" Stone, (31st Place - $239.03), Dan “mj23style” Sewnig (23rd Place - $320.21), Michael "Gags30" Gagliano (16th Place - $441.98), ans Chris “rumpthumper” White (11th Place - $744.15), all got a piece of the pie but fell short of the making final table.

The final table featured some familiar players as camp-to-be Toole brought in the top stack, while Ramon “hoodrathings” Liriano Jr sat in the middle of the pack.
Unfortunately for Liriano Jr, he was the first casualty after he jammed his pocket jacks into "SadBigCheese" who held pocket aces.
Two Levels passed and two more virtual bodies disappeared after "TYdonkman" fell in eighth place and "Gohednpopoff" followed in seventh place.
"epdawg5" was the next virtual body to hit the rail before Toole went on an elimination spree sending out his final four opponents in just one short level.
